Our little Rollie Pollie Ollie ;-)

We had our Anatomy ultrasound today!!! We were so excited to see the baby! The baby looked great :-) The Tech was SO nice and great about telling us when she would be anywhere around "the goods" LOL She really wanted to get a good look at the baby's legs to make sure all looked well...She even recorded the movement so we could have a bit of peace of mind!!! That was the best. She said that you could see great movement in all of the baby's joints and the legs were bending perfectly!!! The baby measured to the tee of my due date, so that is good! Our little baby now weighs in at a whopping 8oz!!!! CRAZY ;-) The Tech did have a bit of bad news...My cervix is shortening so I am back to "taking it easy". They are rechecking me next Friday and if it goes down I am on bed rest! :-( The lowest your cervix should be is 2.5cm and mine is 2.6!! Yikes! Oh well I guess I have to take it easy...Paul will be having to take over Mommy duty!

Happy 2nd Birthday to our sweet little Angel Sofia!

Yesterday would have been Sofia's 2 nd birthday...We want to always remember her special day so we continued last years tradition and got her a little cake, card, and a little gift that reminded us of her (this year it was something that reminded us of her, but that her sis Alyssa could use). Remembering the day was bitter sweet...we love thinking about her, but of course it is still a very sad thought to know that she is not here as a part of our family (physically)...But we still seek comfort in knowing that we will be together again someday!! 7 months Already!!?? :-)

Our Little Pretty turned 7 months today!! WOW Can't believe it! She is such a little cutie pie...No new weight to report...She is starting to sit on her own now (still a little wobbly though)...She eats 2-3 Jars of baby food a day and still nurses anywhere from 3-5 times per day...Her favorite foods are anything that contain Sweet Potatoes or Sweet Peas in it :-) She Scoots on her belly to whatever catches her attention...Her bedtime is usually around 7ish, she sleeps in her crib and wake up time is usually around 6am! She still naps twice a day...Loves to be held (I think she just likes seeing the world from our view)...So the sling still comes in very handy! She has recently learned how to blow raspberries, which is super cute (except while she has a mouthful of baby food! LOL) Oh and she loves to grab EVERYTHING she can reach, including your face and she pinches SO hard (also pulls hair and has a tight grip)!!
